Return & Exchange Policy

We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

• You must raise a return request by emailing us on support@kkraftbuzz.comwithin 7 days of receipt of your order.
• Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. It should be in intact condition with all the packaging material given.
• Product must be in perfect condition.
• Exchange will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Products would be self shipped, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
