Shipping Duration :
All our products are shipped out between 3 - 5 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond Kkraftbuzz's control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Kkraftbuzz will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Free Shipping within India - for orders above Rs. 2000.
Return & Exchange Policy :
We might request you to share an image of your product/ s. For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:
You must raise a return request by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with. It should be in intact condition with all the packaging material given.
Product must be in perfect condition.
Exchange will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Products would be self shipped, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
